With experience in process improvement and regulatory compliance, she brings strong organizational skills and expertise in supporting operational efficiency. Sertap has worked with organizations such as BNP Paribas Cardif Turkey and Pegasus Airlines, where she supported audit activities, internal controls, and business improvement initiatives. She supports the operations of our Istanbul office by managing administrative tasks and optimizing workflow efficiency.
