Celebrating 50 Years of Evdemon & Partners
As the summer sun set over the Athenian Riviera, we came together at Sea Satin Athens Riviera with our clients, associates, colleagues and friends to celebrate a milestone that represents far more than the passing of time. Fifty years of expertise, built through fifty years of trusted relationships and, above all, fifty years of people shaping the story of Evdemon & Partners.
Throughout the evening, one feeling stood above all else: gratitude. Gratitude for the people who built the company, those who continue to shape it every day, and everyone who has been part of its journey.
Senior Partner Dimitris Kardiakopoulos, who first joined Evdemon & Partners in 1986, reflected on nearly four decades with the company and the people who made that journey possible.
“Everything we have accomplished, we have done together. And it is thanks to your support and your trust in our services that we are standing here today.”
Looking back on his journey, he paid tribute to founder Tony Evdemon and [please add name], the mentors who believed in him from the very beginning, before he believed in himself. He also expressed his sincere gratitude to fellow Partner Nikos Drikos, acknowledging nearly two decades of partnership built on trust, loyalty and shared commitment.
His thoughts then turned to the people of Evdemon & Partners itself and to the company’s surveyors in particular.
“To our surveyors, here in Piraeus and across our other offices, and those travelling around the world taking care of surveys — thank you. Your professionalism and commitment are what make this company what it is”.
He closed by addressing the company’s clients, associates and partners, whose trust and support over the years have been instrumental in shaping Evdemon & Partners’ journey.
For Partner Artemis Evdemon, the connection to the company has always been deeply personal. Speaking about her father, founder Tony Evdemon, she shared a memory that perfectly captured the bond between family and company.
“My life has been completely intertwined with this company, because we were both born 50 years ago. And my father made sure I never forgot it. He loved this company deeply… and thankfully he loved me too, in his own unique way. What he probably never expected was that one day I would come to love this company just as much”.
Reflecting on the people behind the company’s journey, she reminded everyone that no success is ever achieved alone.
“There is no ‘I’ without the ‘we’. And the ‘we’ I am referring to is our people — past and present — the arms, the legs, the brain and the heart of this company”.
Her gratitude extended beyond the company itself, to the clients, associates, stakeholders and friends who have shaped Evdemon & Partners over the past fifty years.
“There is also no ‘we’ without ‘you’… All of you who trusted us, challenged us, supported us, and ultimately helped us become better professionals and better people”.
As the evening came to a close, the celebration became much more than a reflection on five decades of achievements. It became a celebration of the people , partnerships and shared values that have carried Evdemon & Partners this far and that will carry it, with the same trust and commitment, into the next fifty years.
