Ghana Team - Short Bios

Kwabena Amoako-Gyamfi joined our Ghana team in 2025. He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAG) and holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, as well as a BSc in Business Administration from the Central University College, Accra.

He has extensive experience in accounting, auditing, payroll, budgeting, tax compliance, and banking operations, having worked across the financial, engineering, digital solutions, and banking sectors.

Kwabena is responsible for maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, processing payments and payroll, performing bank reconciliations, preparing statutory submissions, and generating periodic financial reports for management and group headquarters. He also supports budget preparation and ensures compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.

Louisa joined our Ghana team in 2025 as Survey & Office Coordinator. She holds a BSc in Marine Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

She provides administrative and operational support to survey activities, including report drafting, monitoring case progress, document compilation, and coordination with surveyors for casualty surveys. Louisa is also responsible for expense reconciliations and office supply coordination and acts as a point of contact for general office needs, while facilitating effective communication between offices. Her background combines technical maritime knowledge with strong organizational and administrative skills.
