Giorgos Voyiatzakis

Giorgos joined our team in 2025. He is a Naval Architect, who graduated with an MSc in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.

Prior to joining our firm, Giorgos worked as a Technical Superintendent at a major ship-owning company, responsible for the day-to-day and technical operations of four (4) vessels. His duties included preparation and follow-up of TMSA/SIRE/Vetting inspections, technical support, Planned Maintenance System (PMS) monitoring, budget control and entry of justification comments, as well as onboard attendance for inspections, vetting preparation, pre-drydocking and drydocking inspections.

He had previously served as a Technical Assistant, actively attending vessels for Class Surveys (including Dry-Dock extensions), main engine and deck repairs, and modifications. He handled Class and Statutory surveys, services, and modifications on various vessel types, including LPG and Bulk Carriers.

Since joining our firm, Giorgos has been involved in a wide range of Hull & Machinery casualties and condition surveys, bringing to the Piraeus team his solid technical expertise and hands-on experience.
