Isaac is a Certified Senior DPO / Master Mariner, who has been serving on board PSV’s and Anchor Handling Tugs in the major Caribbean and Mexican Gulf regions, since 2008 for over 15 years.
During his service, he has attained vast and accumulated experience, in depth knowledge and expertise of towage operations and shall provide his expertise to our group for Warranty Surveys, Towage Approval Warranty and Risk Assessment / Loss Prevention Surveys, as well as nautical investigations of marine accidents such as collisions, groundings, salvage and wreck removal operations, for H&M Underwriters & P&I Clubs, as our new regional Senior Master Mariner Surveyor.
He has joined our Panama office team and as he will be based in Cartagena, Colombia, he shall facilitate first hand coverage of the major Caribbean Sea and the north/north eastern coast ports of Latam including, Colombia, Venezuela and regional ports of NE Brazil.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERTISE:
- Master / Certified Senior DPO (SENA Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje – Colombia)
- Certified Senior DPO / Master – PSV’s/ Anchor Handling Tugs – Caribbean Sea, Gulf of Mexico, Trinidad & Tobago (14 years)
- Tug Master – Port and Towing Operations – Caribbean Sea, Colombia (3 years)
