Gu Peng

Gu is a Marine Engineer who joined our Shanghai office team in 2025.

He gained valuable watch keeping and technical experience as a Sea-going Engineer     during his 6 years of service on board ships of one of the world’s largest shipping companies (CMA CGM).
During his seagoing service, Gu developed solid hands-on knowledge and experience, having participated in routine or major Main Engine – Auxiliary Engines overhauling, as well as across a wide range of core auxiliary machinery (such as boilers, oil separators, pumps of all types, etc) and other engine room systems.

After seeking employment ashore and briefly working in sales for an international company in China, Gu has joined our Shanghai office team in 2025, having successfully accomplished a variety of Hull & Machinery casualty and condition surveys across the region.

• Sea Going Marine Engineer, CMA CGM (6 years)
• Sales Manager (8 months)

 ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• BSc Degree in Marine Engineering, Dalian Shipping College, China (4years)
