Antonio joined the firm in March 2020.

Since then, he has undertaken numerous casualty surveys, including engine failure, collision, grounding and fire damages for H&M Underwriters, P&I Clubs as well as Marine Warranty Surveys for the Energy sector.

Antonio has vast knowledge on ship repair projects, Oil & Gas repairs/upgrades and newbuilding experience, since he has been working for Spanish shipyards as a Ship Repair Manager / Offshore Project Manager, dealing and leading major repairs and conversions on different marine vessel structures. As such, he possesses deep knowledge of local shipyards practices and tariffs for all kinds of repairs.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERTISE:

• Ship Repair Manager in Astican and Cernaval Shipyard, Spain (5 years)
• Production Engineer Navantia Newbuilding Shipyard in Puerto Real, Spain during Suezmax crude Oil Tanker
• BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction Emergency Training)
• SDT-IMCS Ultrasonic Hatch Cover Testing

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• MSc in Naval Architecture and Off-shore Engineering, University of Madrid, Spain
• BSc in Naval Architecture from the University of Cadiz, Spain
