Rodolfo has joined our firm in January 2025 in our Panama office, as our regional Engineer Surveyor.
Having initially served as a sea going engineer reaching the rank of Chief Engineer for ten (10) years for various international shipping groups (including Evergreen & Boluda), he subsequently worked for nine (9) years as a Superintendent Engineer and Technical Manager in a Tanker and Panama Tugs Co, followed by his service as a Superintendent Engineer for a Shipping Co since 2019, before joining us in our Panama office.
As such, he possesses a comprehensive knowledge of all vessel’s operational and machinery, safety and regulatory aspects, as well as local repair contractors/shipyards practices and tariffs, for all kinds of hull and machinery repairs in Panama.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERTISE:
- Sea going Engineer, attained Chief Engineer rank (10 years)
- Superintendent Engineer / Technical Manager (15 years)
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSc / MSc in Marine Engineering, University of Panama
- Postgraduate Degree in Senior Management, Interamerican University of Panama
