Jenny joined the firm in 1996.  She originally started working in the Administration Department. She then became Tony Evdemon’s PA and is currently working in the Accounts Department, being responsible for all payables and for all the financial data entry in our MMIS (Management Monitoring Information System).

Aspa Georgiou

Accounts Payable Manager & System Administrator

Aspa joined our team in 2014. With a background in Accounting, she previously worked as Production Coordinator of a manufacturing company. Aspa is responsible for the maintenance and smooth operation of our MMIS (Management Monitoring Information System), updating its parameters and providing ad-hoc assistance for resolving problems encountered during data registration or reversing wrong procedures applied by the users.

Thanasis Sklavounos

Accounting Assistant

Thanasis joined our team in 2024. He holds an MSc degree in Shipping Management from BCA College and a BSc degree in Business Administration (Management) from the University of Nicosia. Prior to joining our firm, Thanasis worked in the Procurement Department of one of the world’s three largest container shipping companies, where he was responsible for submitting purchase orders, managing vendor reconciliations with bunker suppliers, and producing financial projections for monthly expenses related to chartered containers. He also collaborated with accounting teams on invoice audits and bank verifications, gaining hands-on experience in international logistics and cost management. Thanasis is responsible for posting supplier invoices and financial transactions in the ERP system, preparing payroll summaries, performing bank reconciliations, monitoring daily cash flow, and maintaining the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and support smooth financial operations.

Olga Kostopoulou Kyrimi

Administrative Assistant

Olga joined our team in 2025. She holds a BSc in Management Science and Technology from the Athens University of Economics and Business and has experience in Human Resources Management, having previously worked in the HR department of a major international insurance company. As an Administrative Assistant, Olga supports the Piraeus office operations. Among general administrative tasks, she additionally maintains office supplies and equipment, performs data entry and processes invoices and expenses forms.
